The device-clinic problem
The standard MedSpa model is to buy one expensive device — usually Emsculpt or CoolSculpting — and build a marketing engine around it. Patients with overlapping problems get referred out or treated with whatever tool the clinic happens to own. The device leads the diagnosis.
That model is backwards. The diagnosis should lead the device. The only way that works is to have the full toolkit on site.
What 'full BTL suite' actually means
Emsculpt NEO
Fat reduction + muscle hypertrophy
The body-composition workhorse. Abdomen, flanks, arms, glutes, thighs. ~30% fat reduction and ~25% muscle growth across the standard protocol.
Emface
Needle-free facial lift and tone
Synchronized RF + HIFES® on the forehead and cheeks. Lifts the structural muscles that hold the mid-face in place — without injections.
Emsella
Pelvic floor restoration
11,000 supramaximal pelvic floor contractions per 28-minute session. Treats urinary leakage, urgency, sexual dysfunction, and post-prostatectomy incontinence.
Emfemme 360
Radiofrequency vaginal rejuvenation
360° volumetric heating for vaginal tissue health, comfort, sensation, and mild stress incontinence. Private, non-invasive, no downtime.
Why having all four matters
Most patients don't have a single isolated complaint. A 47-year-old woman in perimenopause who comes in for "weight loss" often also has pelvic floor laxity, mid-face volume loss, and tissue changes from declining estrogen. A 58-year-old man on a GLP-1 is losing fat and muscle at the same time, with declining facial tone and early ED.
When you own only one device, you treat the slice of the patient that matches that device. When you own the full suite, you treat the whole patient — and you can sequence and combine therapies the way the physiology actually demands.
Where hormones fit in
Devices remodel tissue. Hormones determine how well tissue can be remodeled in the first place. Muscle hypertrophy from Emsculpt NEO is materially better when testosterone is in a healthy range. Pelvic and vaginal tissue responds to Emsella and Emfemme 360 far better when estrogen is optimized. Skin responds to Emface responds better when thyroid and metabolic markers are in range.
That's why we built this clinic as a technology medicine center with hormone optimization as the substrate — not the other way around. The devices are the levers; the hormones are the environment in which those levers work.
What this means for patients in the Treasure Valley
You don't have to drive to Salt Lake or Seattle for a full BTL experience. You don't have to piece together your care across three different MedSpas. The entire ecosystem — diagnostics, hormones, and the full BTL device suite — sits in one building in Meridian, run by one clinical team, on one plan.
That's the difference between a device clinic and a technology medicine center.
