Education first
Patients deserve to understand their biology. Every visit is a teaching visit — labs, options, trade-offs, and the why behind every recommendation.
Idaho's only academic-level wellness center — founded on the belief that patients deserve more time, better science, and care that actually moves the needle.

Cheryl Fish, FNP-C — Owner
with Jaclyn Wolske — Co-Owner & Director of Education and Training
Cheryl Fish, FNP-C is the owner of Idaho Health & Hormones. Her journey into medicine started with a simple, painful observation: she watched too many women leave appointments with a prescription but no answers. That gap — between being seen and being heard — is what she's spent her career trying to close.
Cheryl became a nurse in 2011 and spent years caring for patients in the cardiac ICU, often at their sickest moments. She later moved into leadership and program development, building strong cardiac programs so patients with complex heart conditions could receive exceptional care.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in 2017. Around that time, she built the nurse practitioner service line for Cardiology at Loma Linda Hospital — one of the country's leading medical centers. That experience taught her how to start something from scratch, grow it the right way, and always keep the patient first.
Her healthcare roots run even deeper. Before nursing, Cheryl worked at Johnson & Johnson developing cardiac ablation devices, and her bachelor's degree in computer science gave her a foundation in business and systems thinking that she still uses to run the clinic today.
Across the ICU, the boardroom, and the device lab, one truth became clear: the best outcomes happen when patients are truly heard. Not rushed. Not reduced to a chart or a diagnosis. Heard.
Cheryl built Idaho Health & Hormones to be different. Here, medicine slows down. The team listens carefully, thinks critically, and stands beside families when they need protection, clarity, and advocacy most. Although Cheryl is not currently seeing patients herself, she has hand-picked every provider at Idaho Health & Hormones. Each one shares the same mission: patients are treated like family, time is given generously, and every decision is made with the person in front of us — not the clock.
Outside the clinic, Cheryl is a wife, blessed with six beautiful daughters and six amazing grandkids. She stays active hiking, working out, and spending time outdoors in the Treasure Valley. She loves to bake, travel, and her two dogs keep life interesting. Family is everything to her — which is probably why it shows up in how she runs the clinic.
As Co-Owner and Director of Education and Training, Jaclyn Wolske shapes the way our team learns, grows, and delivers care. She ensures every clinician and team member is trained to the same high standard of evidence-based, patient-first medicine that defines Idaho Health & Hormones.
From onboarding new providers to advancing protocols across hormone optimization, regenerative therapy, and aesthetic technology — Jaclyn is the force behind the consistency, excellence, and continuing education that patients feel at every visit.
Patients deserve to understand their biology. Every visit is a teaching visit — labs, options, trade-offs, and the why behind every recommendation.
Protocols are built on peer-reviewed science and refined through real outcomes — never marketing cycles or fad medicine.
No copy-paste protocols. Care is engineered around your labs, history, goals, and the life you actually live.
Longer visits, real conversations, and a team that responds. Healthcare should feel like a relationship — not a transaction.

New patient visit. Comprehensive labs. Same-week appointments in Boise & Meridian — with a provider who actually explains your results.
