At Idaho Health & Hormones, we’ve made your lab experience simple and convenient. Most scheduled blood draws are performed at our affiliate clinic down the street:

What to Expect
- Scheduling: Labs must be scheduled in advance through our office. Please call 208-268-8851.
- New Patients: All draws are completed at Idaho Health and Hormones during your discovery visits
- Existing Patients: All follow up blood draws are completed at Legacy Primary Care.
- Process: Our team will guide you through the check-in, draw, and follow-up process so you know what to expect each step of the way.
Before Your Lab
- Fasting: If you are a new patient, please come fasted (no food for 8–10 hours before your draw; water is fine).
- Medications: Continue taking medications as prescribed unless otherwise directed by your provider.
- Hydration: Drink water to help make your blood draw smoother.
After Your Lab
- Recovery: Most patients resume normal activities right away.
- Mild Symptoms: You may have slight soreness or bruising at the draw site.
- Results: Your provider will review your results and contact you with next steps.
Walk-Ins
- Availability: Walk-ins are accepted based on staff availability.
- Wait Times: Please be aware that wait times may vary, and scheduled appointments will take priority.
- Recommendation: To ensure the smoothest experience, we strongly recommend scheduling your lab draw in advance through Idaho Health and Hormones.
